The number that stands out: fathers in Hong Kong get 5 statutory days. Fathers in Singapore get 4 weeks. Same region.
South Korea and Japan both have long entitlements on paper. Both also have low paternity uptake in practice, which limits the real-world effect. If you are designing benefits for a regional team, these numbers matter. What is legally required in one market may look inadequate from another.
